I've got Viewbill working, found something interesting:
087303030  Internet Service  $0.10

It appears that VFX is charging 087303030 at national rates, while on Telecom its only charged at local (which is free).

Any one else noticed it?

Yes, I noticed it as well.  But I only made a few test calls to see if Dial-up Internet would work over VFX.  After finding that it didn't, I have never bothered calling those numbers again.

Do you intend to use the number you mentioned on a regular basis?

I thought the 0867 and 0873 number ranges were both supposed to be "local" and charged accordingly.
