my phone wont send text messeges giving the reason that "general: memory full.close some applications and try again", i have made sure i have memory and applications are closed, what else can i do?

ive tried crashing the phone by taking battery out which phone is on, is that like restarting it?

Have you used it to surf the net?Try clearing the cache in the web browser

In standby mode hold the menu button on the mobile and see if any programs are running other than standby

Looks like you'll need to take it back to vodafone. I know I sold my friend  a new i458 which vodafone calls it i450 and doesn't have this problem
