Have you tried switching it off and back on again?

Waited 30 mins and gave up. Called again in 1 hour and waited 40mins, talked about 20mins with support, told them that something wrong with modem as one light is on and it is the "Link", used different power supply with same result, support did not believe me(w t f?) and asked to take the remote control of my phone(of course no my answer was) and he hang up on me.

See image, any suggestion?

Hi there,

I'm happy to take a look if you PM me your details.
Your modem is doing something I've never heard of which may explain our tech team's insistence on using a tool to look through your phone's camera to confirm.

1. If you have the link light on, then you have a working power supply.

2. If the other lights arent coming on at all, then your cable connection is impacted in some way (maybe it's fallen off the pole? it is windy in wellington today)

Unfortunately Vodafone is not able to fix it today,  just Wednesday :( , fully booked. Thinking about budget Mobile router for the future which support ethernet and changing LAN IP address, my current one ZMI MF885 is not supporting these features. Any suggestion?
