Ok, i've only searched back a couple of pages, so my apologes if this has been covered off in the past:

I looked up my house in the redzone googlemaps clone/client page http://vodafonemaps.co.nz/

and it says....

Sorry - your area is within a Vodafone Red Zone however you can't get our new Red services.

Unfortunately although you're within a Vodafone Red Zone our new Red services are not available at your address.

Don't worry, you can still get our great value standard home phone & broadband packs.

For more details or to sign up to a Vodafone home phone & broadband pack simply close this window and click on our Great value bundle section.

What kind of factors would be preventing me from being applicable for Red Zone connectivity? Just seems a little confusing to blanket an area with very specific borders, then say half my street within the area isn't eligible.

Thanks in advance.

Most likely reason is you are in an area that is due to be cabinetised - undoing Vodafone's work hooking you up. This will be coming; sub-loop unbundling, but still a wee way away.
