Rebooted my router and STB twice, and have totally lost channel 64 and seem to have gained channel 9, food tv.  What, did I miss a memo?

Odd.  Thoughts, anyone?    Have completely powered down both times for the reboot...

im missing both c4 and prime channels. it either says "the service is no longer broadcast". tried turning the set off to reset it but they're still missing. have they been removed from telstra? surely they would have sent a mail message if they were though... anyone got the answers??

EDIT: check out the scan channel (channel 97), appearently c4 has moved to channel 12 and primes been updated, it says you gota reset your set top box but i did that 3 times and no luck so i guess i'll try again tomorrow. pretty annoying that they only announce it on the scan channel which i never use. didn't they create the mail feature for this exact reason?! i am not amused.

Where are you guys located?  Wellington or Christchurch?

ajkiwi: you should have always had FoodTV as it's in the basic lineup.

I'm in Wellington.  As of this morning, C4 still AWOL from Channel 64, haven't checked other channels to see if it's hiding somewhere.  According to the TCL tv website, Food TV isn't part of the standard package, so I'm surpised to still see it alive and well on channel 9 when I don't pay the $5 a month or whatever it is for it...

Yeah I'm in ChCh and had the same thing last night, haven't had a chance to check today.

Highly annoying. Even though 99% of C4 is utter garbage.

C4 is now on channel 12 (Same as on Sky) as it's been re-labelled more as a 'general entertainment' channel.
Food TV is now corrected.  Thanks for the honesty :)

I am pretty FoodTV is not part of the normal lineup. I had to pay extra for that. Plus there was a flashing light on my decoder to say there was a message. Reading the message it said reboot the box since the lineup had changed and they had added new channels - well CTV9 was one.

Staying in Wellington. Check out my AirBnB in the Wellington CBD.  https://www.airbnb.co.nz/h/wellycbd  PM me and mention GZ to get a 15% discount and no AirBnB charges.

Did you leave the cord out for at least 15 secs?

The channels are there so as long as the STB did a full reset it should pick them up.
