I've been with Vodafone for many years and been on-account for about a year or so now.
Recently (As of about 3 weeks ago) i've been having trouble with my Caller ID.
I have some numbers I ring where I dont wish to send my number, so you should be able to change an option in the phone (I have an iPhone 3G) or put 0197 before the number.
This had been working prior to this, and i KNOW its NOT the handset itself.
However, with my phone lately, it has been coming up as call failed (whether I change the caller ID option, or put 0197), I still get the same result.
I have rung Vodafone about 6 times or so about this damned issue. and still they havent fixed it. Also recently, All my calls were being forwarded to my best mate if I didnt answer (instead of voicemail). Vodafone corrected this, only for it to happen again the next day, turns out I missed quite a few calls because of this and my customers were wondering what the heck was going on!
I dont know whats going on, but im getting sick and tired of ringing Vodafone in order to get no-answers at all, and to be trying to talk to people who barely know English.
Is there anyone here able to help me out? because at this present time i'm looking at leaving Vodafone and having my Company come off Vodafone and move to B+W or Telecom, because this is just down right rediculous.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
