Hi

I had a few queries about the fusion service that i am on right now. I joined fusion in september and have been happy since then but i dont really use the phoneline and i was wondering if anyone knew whether it was cheaper to get fusion without the phone line beause it does not say so anywhere that it cant be.

Also going back to the xnet site it seems that no long term contract option has been taken out. Does this apply to current customers as well?

The contract or disconnection fee only applies to new connections, or if you make significant change to your account (like going to dial-up or "e-mail only" for a while, then switching back to ADSL).

Some time ago someone said he is on Fusion without VFX and pays something like $10 less, it is just not advertised.  But that might also have changed.  Best to phone them, or 3Bit (reseller) or support staff might post a reply soon.

You can never have enough Volvos!

You know us too well Niel,

This used to be an option however it was only available via reseller. Sorry it is no longer. The only thing I can suggest is to sell the phoneline to someone else who would like a second line at their house.
