Approaching Data Allowance
Dear X,
This is a courtesy message to advise that traffic accounting reporting indicates that you have used 75% of your monthly data usage allowance.
Once you have consumed the data allowance allocated to your plan (River FLS/128k), your account will automatically adjust to a flat rate speed of 64Kbps. You will not incur any additional charges as you continue to surf the net and your access speed will return to normal on the first of next month.
Did you know?
* View your usage statistics anytime by visiting www.xnet.co.nz/accounts
* Here you will find an up to date count of the data traffic that you have used up to that point in any calendar month.
* You will also see information relating to your free Local usage.
Most ISPs measure and charge for every byte of data you use via the Internet including your in and outbound email. Xnet customers are not penalised for email or browsing web sites that are hosted within our data centre.
If you find that you are using your entire data allowance every month, you may want to consider calling our support staff to increase your data allowance.
You can either email help@xnet.co.nz or contact one of our service representatives on 0800-149-638 for more information.
Anyone ever got an email like this before? First time we have ever got one and we go over our limit every month. Nice to see this WxC, one step in the right direction.
