The Vodafone online portal for checking mobile activity has changed and i can't figure out how to check my calling/data details since my last bill online? I used to be able to view each text/call and see how much data i had used since my last bill but now i cant.... any help would be great.

Cheers,

Yeah I had the same problem until I realised the "Manage Your Account" link had moved - it is now placed directly below the top red block (that has links to Personal, Business, Shop etc)

The data they show online may not be accurate - I had a big argument with them about how they were charging me double what the online data showed - they claimed the figures they had on their screen were "more accurate" but couldn't provide me with a copy. After they abused me and failed to explain why I refered them to the Commerce Commision who are now investigating.

Good on you - i've been having issues with being charged from 5 to 25c each month for Vodafone Mail access, this has been occuring over the last few years on a variety of mobiles. I've told VOdaofne about this on various occasions and everytime they don't follow it up.

My latest attempt and trying to resolved this was about 6 weeks ago when i contacted them via the help center on their website. They replied the first time advising me to visit a Vodafone store and make sure my phone wasn't setup for Vodafone Mail and then get back to them and they will investigate further. I knew it was nothing to do with the phone but i did what they said and took it to the Vodafone store - the staff in the Vodafone store had no idea what to do. I then responded to the email but have had no reply, i then sent a follow up email 2 weeks ago with still no reply.

In the end, Vodafone have won i guess - i cant be bothered going to commerce commission over 20c a month. Their customer service just frustrates the hell out of me.

Just dont pay the 20c and put it in dispute with them. Their costs will well exceed the amount they have billed to you... Take it to the TDRS if needed.
