Hi All,

Does anyone know how to move from Supa Prepay to Basic Prepay plan. I heard that it is not possible to move back to basic plan. Is it true?

Unfortunately, the older Motormouth plan and all others except Supa Prepay have been grandfathered and are no longer available to new customers.  Unless you are already on Motormouth, you cannot switch to it.

Occasionally, someone sells a SIM connected to the Motormouth plan on Trade Me.  That will be your only option now.

Personally, I think the Motormouth plan is great.  You get 49c calling to Voda mobiles or Landlines 24/7 whereas Supa Prepay charges 89c per minute for both of these.
