I am interested in purchasing a Nokia e63 mobile while I am on holiday here in Thailand, and plan to use it on Vodafone NZ (3g) for web surfing.

From looking at the specs on this model at: http://www.nokia.co.nz/find-products/all-phones/nokia-e63/technical-specifications

I'm a little confused as to whether this phone will work on the high speed 3g network offered by Vodafone. The phone spec shows it as supporting WCDMA 900/2100 or 850/1900 or 850/2100, maximum speed 384/384 kbps but I think Vodafone don't offer WCDMA.

Do I need a different model phone which will support HSDPA? I want to connect to vodafone and not sure of this models compatibility.

Hope someone can assist in clarifying this for me. Thanks in advance.
