Have you noticed the TelstraClear website often reports "No Known Problems" - even when there are known problems with their services?  For example, TCL staff are currently aware of a problem with multiple customers being unable to view streaming video via YouTube on Broadband....yet their status page states there are "No Known Problems" with any of their services. I've noticed this many times over the years.

Use this thread to record any times when significant outages or issues are not reported on the officlal TCL Service Status page.

Show me an ISP that does keep their Status page up to date.... if anything, you see the update AFTER the problems been fixed.

Altho, in saying that, Telstra usually isnt too bad, been a few times where some of our offices have had outages and ive checked the status page before calling the 0508 and find they already know and a resolution is on its way etc.
