Due to planned system maintenance between 6pm on the 4th April until 11am on the 5th April the following automated services via 777 will be unavailable:-
- Checking your account balance and included minutes,
- Obtaining your PUK code and
- Making a credit card payment.
Our customer services team will not be able to provide this information for you during the system upgrade. Prepay customers will still be able to top-up their accounts by recharge voucher. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
If you think you might need to top up during that time, can I suggest you get in early and top up before 6pm so that you don't miss out on any Easter chat.
