Hi All

Does anyone have any info on what Vodafone is like as an ISP?

Been thinking of changing but I can't find anything said, good or bad.

Apart from what I consider limited data caps (which will soon increase), I've been very happy with the service. A small gripe I had was that they tried to increase my bill by $1.50 a month after I signed up for 12 months. I complained and they reverted it back. I also notice a slowdown in the evenings, especially with Youtube, but I believe all ISPs in NZ experience this. It doesn't impact much on what I'm doing.

Same here.

I mainly signed up to take advantage of the MySky HDI deal (been with them since February) and no major issues at all (apart from a billing one which I hope will be solved once and for all at the end of this month). Happy with the data cap increase, which can only help
