More than likely so they can get good deals and full support etc. If you need confirmation give them a call or johnr will be able to answer when he gets on

They quote Trixbox via Logical Solutions in Hamilton. Expect they use wholesale ISDN services or low-end public sip trunks over ADSL2+ (so 3x sim calls max really)

I don't believe they do.... they simply have preferred solutions partners and it depends entirely upon what product those folk support. Afterall VF are really only resellers of the fixed line bandwidth.....

Hi, thanks for those that answered, oxnsox is correct, Voda are only providing the trunks and a 3rd party is providing an OS7100.

The reason for the original question is that the client insisted that Voda were providing the whole solution but infact was unaware that the 3rd party (telesmart) was involved.

Cheers

Are you talking about for integrated talkzone?

Customers PBX has a link (2 meg primary rate depending on capacity required) into one of the Vodafone NZ switchs

The link is managed by Vodafone NZ as it comes into our swtch

Hi John, could be Telesmart did not elaborate although the client described a similar feature. All they did say is that it would have a mere 3 analog trunks (sic). However this is one of two other remote offices, so the central office in the city could have an E1 and these trunks may infact be tie lines to the above.
