I have called Xnet twice in the last month to sort this issue out with my voip line.  My wife's DDI line has been engaged for the last month since her work changed phone line suppliers.

Xnet have told me it is incorrectly linked or something and they are working on it.  Last spoke to them two weeks and they said they would call me when it was fixed.  No call, not fixed.  Was wondering how long it takes to fix an issue like this??

Will depend on where the issue is, send me the details and I will take a look.

The issue is with a downstream provider providing an incorrect cause code i.e busy, if they were sending the correct cause code this would allow us to move the call on with no issue, I have put a fix in place from our end untill they fix it, try it now
