After using up 3 months worth of free HD ticket for my T-Box.I was shocked to notice after the period, being charged for the next monthly cycle. I would had thought that the charge would stop then automatically run on SD content. I'd rather keep the $9.95 HD ticket charge to run my extra T-Box in my bedroom. Have managed to settle the issue with Telstraclear, but wonder if people knew that charges occur like this without authority.

That's usually how these things work. They give it to you for free and hope you get used to it or forget and keep it after that.

Please let me know if there are any billing irregularities and I can have them looked into.

Does Telstra not do the same deal as Sky; If you have a multiroom service you then get the HD ticket for free?

Hi Tim,
Have sorted some of the issue. But am a little confused after reading this fine print down below that states if you purchase an additional T-Box.

Note: When you have a Primary T-Box decoder and choose an Additional Digital or Additional T-Box Decoder, your HD Ticket will be free, if chosen.
