Hi,

I've been using VFX for my calls flawlessly for around 2 months. Today I made some calls this morning and can accept incoming calls but can't make outgoing calls - any ideas?

Using SPA 2102 with Vodafone DSL (which is working fine)

There was an issue, should all be good now

I was also experiencing this issue this afternoon. Disappointed that the network status page online and on the phone was not updated. Seems it was out for 3.5 hours - a significant outage IMO. Did it take that long for the issue to become apparent or was t just difficult to fix?
