Widespread power cuts on the Kapiti Coast have caused outages of internet and TV services for customers. Voice calling has not been affected. When power returns, cable modems and other equipment should automatically reconnect to the network. This could take up to 20 minutes after the power returns. If you are still without Internet of TV service after 20 minutes of the power coming back on, please unplug your modem, leave it for two minutes and plug it back in. This should re-establish your connection.

Power was recently restored. Hopefully there won't be any more power cuts today! Your modem should re-acquire service within 20 minutes. If not, please unplug it for 2 minutes and turn it back on. If you still can't connect please call us on 0508 888 800 and ask for Faults.
