i was browsing 3's australia website and saw they get unlimited mtv live viewing on their mobiles for a few dollars per month. do u think vodafone nz will offer a similar service soon?

True... They currently limit this to some events only. I guess they don't have a backhaul wide enough to provide business users with broadband, and consumers in general with streaming...

Probably more of a cellular RF capacity issue. There are limits as to how many concurrent users can be supported and it could chew into the broadband capacity.

all that stuff about networks not being able to handle an unlimited number of mobile tv users has already been overcome. Read this article;
