I'm not sure what nameservers they are but you should be using

203.97.78.43
203.97.78.44

These are the official TCL DNS servers, and should be also be used in preferrence to the old Paradise 203.96.152.X ones.

It is particularly bad today, Tuesday 23rd Oct. Reset router, modem, PCs around the office and the whole thing is very very slow.

I can visit the telegraph, bbc, the register all in uk without issue.
