You really need to eliminate your internal wiring by performing an isolation test - disconnect all jackpoints and run the modem straight off the first incoming jackpoint where the cable enters the house.

Internal wiring is the most common cause of the DSL issues, and it's the first thing you need to eliminate.

This has already been tried :). Have done an isolation test a few times including with the tech and no faults on physical lines.

Why did you hook the jackpoints back up after the isolation test? Unless you have a master filter installed multiple jackpoints will always deliver a worse connection - by how much just depends on the state of your wiring. Multiple jackpoints introduce reflections on the line that impact on DSL performance, these can only be elimited by a master filter or only having a single jackpoint.
