Have you tried changing your DNS to something else like 208.67.220.220 and 208.67.222.222 (those are for OpenDNS)
just to see if they work

This isn't a DNS issue - you're getting the IP address resolved OK, it's just falling over in the last hop to the website.  I'd suggest this isn't a TCL issue.
