I thought it was just me! Using a SMC 7904WBRA-N2 - about a year old. Was using DNSrelay through it - switched to the Vodafone DNS servers and still getting periodic dns queries failing.

Its such a critical service - hard to see why so many ISP's seem to struggle with it..

I'm having problems too, like every second link off Reddit. I was hanging out for my account to roll over on the 12th because my kids have run out the double, and my account was still showing "130 out of 60" after it should have refreshed. I'd assume this might have had something to do with the account mgmt server upgrade VF were doing on Sunday. Between patchy DNS, late bandwidth rollover and no increase in bandwidth on naked packages, VF aren't looking so hot this week.

I've switched over to Google's DNS until this is resolved, at least I can get some work done now.

That was quick. I hope TelstraClear gets to fix their proxy and routes as quick as this now that Vodafone owns them ;)

Hi there

I'm still having these issues with both NZ hosted and international websites. I changed to the Google DNS's about 30mins ago and am having no issues. Perhaps your DNS broke again?
