Look like it'd suck HARD for anyone who's got it hooked up through composite...

It's definitely faster in the guide etc. Much better to use. It did however fail my Game of Thrones scheduled recording with only 8 minutes recorded (reporting a power off during the time at 2:45am I think it was). I'll have to find a way to catch up on it. I think with the good stability and now more usable navigation speed it's coming into its own as a good PVR option. To be honest the Game of Thrones failure is the first problem I have had for months. I give the box a boot after 3 or 4 weeks if the banner seemed sliggish to go away and that's it.

maybe you could have an option of colour schemes, not just the new and old one but other colours as well

I just noticed last night that there is no guide data after Saturday so maybe that's why it is faster...Frown

Hi Wanted.

That was an issue separate to Tbox and was fixed yesterday. So you will find full EPG available this morning.

Cheers

I like the red, and the whole thing does seem quicker. We (the older members of the household) both prefer the news style but the 15yo says he does not. We do find the new style easier to read.

I do have a complete schedule up until Thursday so that doesn't explain it.

Oh good I'm glad the speed improvement isn't EPG related. I'm also warming to the color scheme more than I was.
