Still don't see any announcement on your status page about the problem. Sometimes I wonder why ISPs have status pages, as they can save people a lot of time.

I would think it would just get blacklisted again if they have got people on their network sending spam. The fix involves them stopping those spammers / people with malware that are sending spam.

last time i changed a mail ip address for work, we got black listed as it was an ip address never used for 5 year, then lots of email come from it, lots of spam filter went - this is not right - blacklisting - even with the right email setting for anti spam published for the domain (SPF record etc) - 2 week later we was off most after lots of headache and phoning x y & z to get it fixed.

Normally you'd have to consider your IP reputation but in this case since they have already been blacklisted this must mean they have had some ongoing problems they have failed to resolve.

They could always outsource mail to Yahoo, I hear Telecom are having no problems with them at all.

I haven't encountered yahoo getting blacklisted like this. Vodafone still don't look like they have got this fixed, and the still haven't got it on their network page, so no wonder their CSR don't know anything about it.
