BTW: my title of "Wannabee Geek". I showed this to my family (wife, kids, parents, brother and sister-in-law) and a couple of business associates. They said that I shouldn't be upset and that they reckon you just haven't had enough time to get to know me yet. I'm afraid I don't really understand and I was hoping you could explain their response.

I'll tell you how the upgrade goes.

No problems. Just make sure to read the instructions. The update mus be run from a Windows XP machine, and you must install the vodem beforehand and have it recognised in the network.

As for the "wannabe geek" we based that on the number of posts... You can soon be a "Master Geek". Don't let the mates at work slow you down!
