I have always found VF customer service to be excellent.

Last time I rang was about 2 weeks ago, and when the call accidentlly got cut off they rang ME back.

Awsome.

Geektastic: On the plus side for VF or Chorus or both....

I just ran speed test and my connection speed is now around 12.5 mbps so whoohoo! Someone must have pulled a metaphorical cork out somewhere!

If only I could get the upload part to run a bit faster than 0.96.

That upload is completely fine, ADSL2+ is limited to a bit over 1 Mbp/s. Check out Wikipedia for all the details. I have 19-21 Mbp/s sync and get 1.2 up.
Cheers

I don't mean to suggest that it is not working to spec. Merely that I would prefer 12 in each direction. Uploading a 1Tb photo library for offsite backup takes a while at 0.95!
