Why do you have the third DNS (208.67.222.222)? If should not matter as it will only be used if the others cannot resolve but just wondering why.
Have you tried setting the DNS entries on you PC rather then having the router deal with them?

Dunno why I have a third DNS entry. I tried your suggestion of putting the DNS servers directly into windows and I can browse amazon.com and ups.com now, yay! Thanks for your help!
