rang the CSR again and the only way they can do it is if I topped up $20 they can remove the smart19 and add the 4g prepay :(

also the pack says $10 free credit if I sign up to my account - however the CSR says it's expired :(

I'd forgo the $10 credit if I could get one week's worth of 4g prepay :D just to check out whether to move from XT :D

You must of purchased the SIM pack before the $10 survey credit was removed as this offer had stickers placed over them and yes the CSR is correct the Smart19Data with NZBestmate would need to be removed and the Smart19Data_4G would need to be added

why do I want to pay $20 to lose $25?

don't they sell 4g prepay packs for $19? or am I living in the past?

Thought this thread was about 4G? Handset / network decides if DC can be used and what server are you testing to?
