freitasm: Tim, what others are saying is that the certificate does't work in all browsers because the chain is broken. Your browser might have the other certificates since you work for Vodafone (have you logged into work from this PC before? If so it's likely).

If I go to https://www.vodafone.co.nz/myvodafone on Firefox right now, from my laptop I still get the screen I posted before:

Home PC, I tried, Mozilla, Chrome, IE, Safari and opera.
Each had no issues. I tried some older version of firefox 22.0 and i got a security error only on that browser this morning.
I will ruffle the feathers of the website team soon.

just tried Firefox at work, completely different network, different OS and got the same error.

As pointed out above you probably have the cert installed from previous visits to other Vodafone sites.

I'm getting the certificate problem in Firefox 27 and also this in Konqueror

as mentioned previously - Chrome and Chromium do not produce the untrusted certificate problem - but Chrome doesn't seem to do this on any site regardless of whether it is a real security issue or not.

Hi All,

As of right now (20140320-0947) it appears that the page is now providing a certificate that terminates with 'Baltimore CyberTrust Root' which is a trusted root certificate authority in my FireFox Browser (and would presumably be in most other browsers too).

Seems to be fixed - thanks!
