You can see RX & TX errors under System Monitoring -> Network Connections page.

Perfect!

check these, along with your current dsl uptime, from there its a quick calculation to make sure things aren't extreme.

Ild be very surprised if they were overly high at DLM-5 however.

Here is screenshot of the Network connections page. I restarted the router 27 hours ago which is why the uptime is so low, but it had been up for 10+ days before then since the DLM reset.

As expected, thats looking pretty clean!

Considering your not dropping dsl sync, your not rebooting often, your not erroring out.. there is no instant reasoning i can pull out for why your on such a far back profile. - nor can i see why your DLM reset didnt create any movement, i would have atlest expected to see something happen..

Short of questioning if the hand didnt talk to the foot with a DLM reset actually happening, your only option will be simply to wait it out or drop back if latency is a major requirement for you.

You're definitely running on the DLM-1 profile now according to the Chorus line test, so latency can't really get any better than it is at the moment on VDSL.

I can confirm all my pings dropped by exactly 10ms this morning, so my DLM profile must have switched.
