StarBlazer:
KiwiNZ:The last update that was to make things quicker etc has resulted in sound and picture stutter after channel change that I have not been able to resolve. I don't want to to tempt fate and get my box replaced and end up with a complete lemon.

I thought I was going mad - this is happening to me too, recorded and live!  Screen pauses but the sound continues, then the video runs fast to catch up with the sound!

Perhaps I should log a call also...

I thought maybe it's a load issue as it seem worse in the early evening. The TV operates separate to Cable Broadband if memory serves so it cant be congestion

Here is a crazy notion, lets give peace a chance.

I got a text from Vodafone last week saying because the technicians are all booked up, if someone cancels they'll slot me in there.

Hoping for a bit more warning, I got a voice message on my cell when I turned it on at work at 10am: called received at 9.15am, saying he would be there in half an hour. It seems also he called the landline, where my dad told him no one would be home as he was going out.

Vodafone gave me details on re-scheduling with Downer, only that when I rang them after work the fault had been closed by the customer. What? its been over a week, we've had no TV service, and I don't know if another fault has been logged again. Have texted Vodafone, as well as tweeted, but no response.
