quickymart: Spark coverage at my place isn't so flash, Vodafone has the strongest signal.

But Spark allow you to have any phone and pay it off interest free over 12 or 24 months :)

Not much use if you have next to no coverage and can't use it.

You have wifi at home so not a huge deal. Its the other places you go that you need to make sure there is good signal.

I get calls at home quite often and if I don't have enough signal, it's no good. Yes, I have wifi but I don't tend to use my phone at home for data.

The shop called me back yesterday to apologise for the shop manager not calling me as they couldn't get hold of him. Apparently I'm meant to get a callback (or two) today. Let's see what happens.

? Go to your bank and arrange a loan to be repaid over 24 months and buy it outright.

VodafoneDylan: ... so unfortunately the Lumia 930 is no longer eligible for purchase in that way now that the price has reduced. ...

quickymart: Awesome, so where does that leave me?

quickymart: ... I note Dylan has no comment to my response to his post either.

Well, the phone is unavailable to buy through this process. Maybe the salespeople will be able to offer another solution to match the monthly payments up to another pricepoint, like $649, and have a higher deposit up front. I'm not sure if that's possible in their systems.

Got my new phone today, thanks again for all your help John.
Do they normally come with a new SIM? I need a nano SIM. No big deal, I'll pick up a blank one tomorrow.

John is one of Vodafone's best assets, even if the issue isn't in his department (like the above) he still goes out of his way to help how he can. Honestly, good guy John.
