kiwipawl: Last night my T-box stopped working for about 2-3 hours. All it had was a insufficient signal notification.

Yes mine was the same and it's done it a couple of times over the past week.

I called and was advised to do the old 3 button reset and that brought it back to life, sounds like it wasn't just a device error then

I checked on the Vodafone site for outages and it said there was a issue with Wellington and Wainuiomata services. Even though I live in Kapiti I assumed that affected us as well.

How do you do a 3 button reset  on the T-box?

Basically it shouldn't be your first step in troubleshooting just for lols. :) Probably no harm.
