That being said, given the amount of dicking around Spark has given me regarding fibre install I'm going to investigate moving to Vodafone so they'll gain another customer.
Isn't your install is a complex one involving a shared driveway? Moving ISP won't speed that up.
No, it appears that Spark is now claiming that they don't have the permissions even though I've given the signed consent for all four properties - I tried sorting that out this week over the chatting service but alas they wanted some 'expert' to ring me back but unfortunately I had to head off to work (I'll ring them up on Tuesday, my day off, and see whether it can be resovled or otherwise I'm looking elsewhere). If Spark cannot put together a basic order without losing half the details then going with Vodafone would be relatively easy given that their HFC service is already installed in the house and just needs to be connected back up again.
