I got my wife's 2 and a half year old iPad changed under CGA and no problems doing it. Apple is a lot better with CGA and I would not hesitate buying from them. They also mention this on their website.
Buy from Apple direct. Nothing worse than going in circles with Retailer justifying to go to Apple and then contacting Apple to find out that the Retailer has to claim on behalf under NZ consumer law
quickymart: What is the returns process like if the phone develops a fault, through the Apple Store?
From my experience they do a diagnostics over the phone or ask you to go to a service provider like Service plus if it is close by. I have always dealt with them over the phone and if the fault is identified they send out a replacement to you. This is either they will send you a box first to send the old device back and once they receive it they will ship out the new one. The other option is to go for express replacement where they send it first along with the box and courier to send to send it back, They put a small hold on the credit card in this instance until they get the old device back and there is no liquid or physical damage.
I understand iPhone 6s can be purchased outright at a Vodafone store if you're currently part way through a 24 month term. If you're on a capable plan you can also purchase it interest free with our 24 month monthly device payment option, that's available on our open term plans as well.
