When RBI first became available in our area we had some offers from VF, which I found too restrictive. Then I discovered Netspeed, a reseller with much better terms. We chose to pay for the gear and installation but our data cap is 120+50 and no contract. We still get occasional offers from Farmside but Netspeed continues to give us more for less. Being a small outfit, we can always contact someone immediately if we have a question or complaint. Much more pleasant to deal with.

Looks like 80GB is changing to 120GB and also a 200GB plan is on offer

Totally agree. I'm also with a local service supplier, Taylor communications here in Hawkes Bay. We don't at this stage get the 50mbs speeds some say they are getting with rbi, but we get 200gb a month, none of which is off peak only. The speed we do get still allows us to have two people streaming at the same time which is bloody fantastic after suffering <1.5mbs on adsl. Also I speak to someone local if something goes wrong.

I looked around at  other suppliers but their plans were inferior.Having better speed but a low cap would quite quickly become very annoying, I know as originally I signed up for the 100gb plan but quickly changed to 200gb.
