So what penalty do Vodafone get if the speed isn't at the minimum?

I wish that there were minimum speeds below which they were not allowed to charge you for the month....



The government does have a minimum speed requirement for DSL if that helps?


 


(It's 32kbps btw.)



It's average 32kbps over 15 minutes

There is potential to follow this case through with chorus to investigate.
