coffeebaron: Bummer, so really its a September launch if we're lucky. (As in, that's when the "real" tools arrive)

No.

Cheers

Paul

So "no" meaning, no that's not right and there will be Express or PC Cards available very soon?
Or, "no" meaning, no Express or PC Cards until Aug/Sept as estimated by PressF1?

I have a few customers all hanging out for the cards (not the USB device), esp in some fringe & rural areas.

Cheers

I had one of these http://www.huawei.com/mobileweb/en/products/view.do?id=1181 working very nicely over the weekend in a rural area - pity it's white but I believe something similar in black is coming . . .

No to the September launch.

The network's live. If you can attach to it, you can use it. There are handsets already in the market. Data cards/devices to follow, but I'd be surprised if we waited till September.

When you say the network is live, could you clarify whether all intended sites are now live or some sites are now live others to follow ?

I'm supposed to respect my elders, but it's getting harder and harder for me to find one now.

Plenty of sites still to come. If you find a site that's live, you can use it. If not, you can't ... but there are more sites to get switched on in the months ahead.

No this is covered by NDA at this point

Please wait for the media release

Ok, so when is the Media Release due then?

Also, while I am at it, what happened to the supposed 7.2Mbit HSDPA/HSUPA April launch? Is it coming this month? If so, what areas are going to get it?

Paul, feel free to answer any of the questions, rough time frames are fine :-)

Home Zone?? When is that possibly coming out??

Forgive me for asking so many questions & going OT, I don't have a computer now, so net access is VERY rare, at my sisters at this moment, on dialup *cringe*, it's VERY painful. :-)

Soon.

Also, 7.2: soon.

Also, Home Zone - I presume you're talking about using your mobile as a landline when you walk into the house? If so then: soon.

Wink
