I'm pretty sure I changed nothing else....I too read that the order is not important, I'll change it back and try again.

Just reordered those two lines to allow, then disallow, and I get the "All circuits are busy"....order is important despite what they say!
Oh, inbound calls also work now, that was my mistake..

I'd be interested in your results too, from my testing Invites from the Asterisk box take the order in which the codecs appeared in the conf file..
