Do you have it in an email?

John

This kind of thing actually makes me afraid to want to call them to get any changes made to my mobile account.

Yes I have it in a email.

I’ve sent mike hales a message to see if he can get it sorted.

On the plus side, Vodafone have been completely wiping our bill each month each time I manage to get hold of someone. I’m just getting sick of wasting my time chasing it up. If it happens again I’ll go to the telco disputes authority.

Yes I’ve replied to the email address multiple times, it’s a Vodafone staff members direct address too. I’ve also tried calling and getting someone to put me through but never any luck.

Vodafone would have to be the most frustrating company to deal with.

I actually randomly bumped into a guy from Vodafone HQ in wlg, and he’s been great trying to help get this sorted, but it just drags on!

What really sucks is Vodafone have removed the email option for contacting them and you have to call them on a phone. There is an email form you can get to on their site but it is for business customers only./ Every time you have to contact them now and wait forever in a queue.

Use the complaints form on their website, hasn't failed me yet, unlike the rest of their channels

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

Just gave it a crack, will wait and see. After many phones calls, promised call backs, PM Voda rep on G.Z...still not luck with my credit issue.

Finally got a call back and...progress, not solved but at least some movement.

Despite emailing Vodafone I’m still waiting for someone to get back to me.

So after over 3 months of being mucked around I’ve lodged a complaint with the TDR.
It’s a simple billing issue that they just can’t seem to sort out, or they don’t want to........

Still nothing...useless V.F. Will definitely move on when my contract expires.

Probably for the best, unless their customer service gets a huge shakeup I reckon this will keep on happening.

If I have to make any changes to my mobile, I'm doing it using Facebook - at least there's a written copy to follow then (although they don't seem to follow it and will ask you repeatedly for your PIN, etc).

With no further contact I finally received this months bill with my 3m free($300) credit finally applied :) ... but I now it seems Vodafone have decided to charge $20 for 5 Best Mates( a old discount national calling service to 5 mates) despite the fact all Vodafone contracts include free national calling . So here we go again, forward 3, back 2. Will call tomorrow and see how many months this will take to sort out.

Best mates have nothing to do with National Calling. National calling only covers calls to national landlines. Best mates can be mobiles so will always be a separate charge or deal to any national calling deal.

Took about a year to get our billing right when we changed to Fibre-X. Didn't worry us, one phone call per month, and they kept giving us compensatory credits. Got a few months free service out of it.
