I see two big problems right there.. 

 

A: Netgear

 

B: WiFi

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Can concur, Maybe try a router firmware upgrade and use Ethernet :)

A maxed out 100/20 fibre /via wired connection should get you 12MB's for torrenting (on a well seeded file)

 

and if on wifi well... good luck with that..
