epr: I have 2 pieces of ubiquiti amplifi kit I can sell you for $250 a router and a meshpoint for any tricky spots to get signal to I am not sure it fits all your stated needs but it probably does and I set up an amplifi router at a friend's house on his 2degrees network and his phone still works hanging off his fritzbox so I think the Ultra hub should work the same. If you only want the router make me a reasonable offer. I am in Christchurch so if you are I can drop it off to you.
What model numbers, so I can look up the specs?

They are both amplifi HD the model of the router is AFi-R.

Here is my Quic referral https://account.quic.nz/refer/39513 if you are keen to change ISP and to get free setup (save $29). I will get a $50 credit if you use this.  Thank you very much if you use my link but I'm sure there are quite a few others who could share the same on here, no hard feelings if you use a different link.

Thanks the offer, but I think I'll pass. It looks like I'm going to be able to achieve what I need with the Ultrahub, and another router I already have. (at least for now.. and I can try it for a while before deciding if I need more hardware).
