Me too, moved from Xnet to Telecom last Sunday and completed the transfer yesterday. My connection is very consistent. I'm watching video streaming using Xnet and it keeps on buffering every 7 seconds (just 300Kbps) but with Telecom I can now watch the same video stream using 700Kbps without having problem (it runs for 2 hours).
