Hi, once again some photos of the outlets, are they BT phone types or ethernet, clearly there are three out there somewhere, could be two are in one location. And yes it seems you have cat5e/6 and its terminated on the patch panel for ethernet (including the phone one) so assuming the right sockets are correctly installed in the three locations then its just about all good to go, or in the least a small amount of effort to fix.

Thanks mate, I'll try the phone outlet tonight. If it doesn't work, will have to have a good look around all the bedrooms.
