johnr: Prepay cant cause they cant set diverts. A divert setup is required on CFNR to 021700100

Can Customer Services set this for Prepay customers manually? Being that diverting to voicemail is not chargeable to the reciever.

No cause then it can be changed from the handset to any number apart from 6421700100.

It a shame they don't open up diverts to prepay users. Don't know if it is a billing system limitation or what, but my 2talk VoIP account is prepaid and that will happily do diverts.

Should at least give you a free divert to another vodafone since its not like there is any additional cost to them, but I think that will never happen and it would cause problems with the likes of best mate etc where people would divert to somewhere else and then their mate calls them and may get charged etc...
