just like to generate discussion as Xnet evolved over the years. torrent plan was introduced , speed issue has not quite resolved
even till now!

Torrent user think they have more right than PPM, since they pay more Per meg at peak time.

Other has suggested Xnet should be 'normal ' like other ISP. since then it introduce the disconnection fee etc

I do agree that XNET has got more 'normal' with their downtime problems, disconnection fee's, and problems with bandwidth but they are also pioneers in the market still with VOiP and the other advanced features.

I do believe the MB charging is good, and understand unlike other services, the MB charge is the service they make the lowest margin's on of all their services, but the one they get the most complaints about. (From the CEO interview.)

ISP Customers are very demanding and fickle people, some would say addictive :-)

I did not mean free VFX, but free features/services on VFX like free voice mail, e-mail notifications, 3-way calling, call forward, etc. With Telecom you pay for every feature you want, with XNet you you pay for the "advanced" features which were added a few months ago.

Ahh didnt notice that! darn all the good things are going no free static ip and now no free vfx with broadband was just about to change the in-laws over but the extra $11 will probably make them stay on telecom as the advance feature set means little to them.
