Interesting how it's out of Australia, the couple of SMS spam messages I've received have been out of the UK.

That would be beacuse centrally billed messages in New Zealand cost a fortune.

Can someone forward this to 7726 - http://complaints.antispam.govt.nz/SMSComplaint.aspx

You have been directed to this page because you forwarded a TXT message to 7726 (SPAM). If you have not yet forwarded us the spam TXT message you must do so before you can complete this page.

PaulBrislen:

Web Developers Assn hires spammer

The Web Developers Association of New Zealand (WDANZ) is off to a shaky start after CEO Dennis Smith revealed he has employed notorious US spammer Brendan Battles to help sell the service.

Linkfix: http://computerworld.co.nz/news.nsf/news/143421AF584EC7F3CC2571A300770FAF
Dennis Smith said "Battles is trying to put his past behind him".
How's that going for you, Brendan? I wonder how the marketing contract for WDANZ worked out for Dennis too?

I'll blame Computerworld. Wink

I have already contacted the DIA regarding this and they are aware of it.

Pass any complaints via the normal manner ( http://www.antispam.govt.nz )
