As above reminder SMS about plans on-hold etc.... are queued until the morning as the audit for addons runs around 1am

So if a customer topsup before the SMS are released it does confuse things for customers

@Linux ... that make acceptable sense, but my first two top-up TXTs 2 months ago came in the middle of the night ... I took to turning off notifications 'till morning.

Seems I may not need to do that any longer 😃

FURTHER:  Contacted OneNZ (via WhatsApp Chat) and advised them about the incorrect top-up amount selections being wrong ... they 'thanked me for letting them know'.

That was 10 days ago and YET both their App and Fastpay top-up web page have not been corrected.

Not a good look OneNZ !!!

Cause changing it needs to go thru SIT then preprod then into production during a change window

@Linux ... that quick, eh? 😄

I wonder how many customers have been caught out or simply confused?  Of course, one could top-up $20, and in just 9 months have enough in the OneNZ piggy-bank saved for the next month?
