As above reminder SMS about plans on-hold etc.... are queued until the morning as the audit for addons runs around 1am

 

So if a customer topsup before the SMS are released it does confuse things for customers

@Linux ... that make acceptable sense, but my first two top-up TXTs 2 months ago came in the middle of the night ... I took to turning off notifications 'till morning. 

 

Seems I may not need to do that any longer πŸ˜ƒ

FURTHER:  Contacted OneNZ (via WhatsApp Chat) and advised them about the incorrect top-up amount selections being wrong ... they 'thanked me for letting them know'.

 

That was 10 days ago and YET both their App and Fastpay top-up web page have not been corrected.

 

Not a good look OneNZ !!!

Cause changing it needs to go thru SIT then preprod then into production during a change window

I wonder how many customers have been caught out or simply confused?  Of course, one could top-up $20, and in just 9 months have enough in the OneNZ piggy-bank saved for the next month?

Re your previous thread did you not end up setting up Auto Renew?

I just topped up for someone for three months. I deleted the $20 and typed in $25. Wasn’t an issue.

$20 and $25 are both listed as available denominations for a One NZ online top up. I believe the OP is trying to top up exactly $18.

 

Here's the current list of denominations shown when topping up online:
$6,$10,$17,$20,$22,$25,$30,$35,$40,$45,$50,$55,$60,$65,$70,$75,$80,$85,$90,$95,$100

 

Here's my suggested exact top up combinations for each Prepay Plus base plan rate:
$10 Starter Prepay:$10
$18 Rollover Small:$6+$6+$6
$23 Rollover Medium:$6+$17
$30 Rollover Large:$30
$50 Endless Starter:$50
$73 Endless Plus:$6+$22+$45
$88 Unlimited Prepay:$6+$22+$60

Thanks all for suggestions etc.

 

My current plan is to top-up $10, meaning it plus my current $8 credit will cover next month.

 

After that I will invoke the Auto-Renew option.
